Pre-employment Screening

Pre-employment Security Screening (‘screening’) is an important and rapidly developing service to our customers. We undertake screening assignments for many different types of client. Some use it for specific roles or areas of their operations, others screen all potential recruits for the entire company and some undertake it on an ad hoc basis. All organisations share a common need to establish the bona fides of potential or newly recruited employees.
The requirement for each customer is often therefore quite different (except where it is mandatory to comply with, say, the British Standard) and we in turn, tailor each screening assignment to meet their specific needs.

We have developed a 14-point checklist against which we check each individual. An interview enables us to rapidly progress the enquiry to its conclusion as well as to aid the positive identification of the subject.
